About Us

Fiona Cochrane is the company director of f-reel pty ltd.  She has produced and/or directed several independent Australian feature films as well as numerous documentaries, short films & music videos - as listed below.

In 2019 she was awarded an OAM (Medal of the Order of Australia) for service to the visual arts as an independent film producer. Fiona is also medically trained and continues to work part-time as a General Practitioner in Melbourne.

Fiona works regularly with other directors such as Mark Street ("Can Art Stop a Bullet"), Helen Gaynor ("The Candidate"), and with Dennis Tupicoff via their joint company Jungle Pictures.
